What age group do you take in the school?

We enroll children aged between 2 and 6 years. To get an admission in:

  • Playgroup
  • Nursery
  • Jr. Kg
  • Sr. Kg

What are these 9 learning spaces we keep hearing about?

The entire philosophy of 9 Kids revolves around hands-on learning to make them future-ready. At the 9 stimulating learning spaces, age-appropriate learning activities centered around play are chosen which encourage kids to create and explore. These spaces inspire children to deeply understand and relate to the concepts by practical exploration.

What is the admission procedure?

The School academic year is April-March for Jr. Kg. and Sr. Kg. and June-March for Nursery. The admission may be granted during other months also, depending upon the availability of seats. Please click here to fill the inquiry form to help us schedule a school visit for you. During your visit at school, you would be requested to fill a registration form. Documents Required at the time of admission:

  • Academic Year for all sections April – March
  • Original birth certificate of the child as a proof of age and a photocopy of the same
  • 1 Passport size photograph of the child
  • 1 passport size photograph of each parent
  • Original PAN card of the parents and a photocopy of the same
  • Original Aadhar card of the parents and a photocopy of the same
  • 1 Cheque or 4 cheques - One of Current date and three post – dated to pay up the fees
  • Nursery also starts in April.

When do you start taking new admissions?

We start taking new admission inquiries after Diwali.

  • Inquiry Timings: 9AM – 12 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Observation Timings: 8AM – 9AM & 1PM – 2PM on Monday to Friday and 9AM -12PM on Saturday

Can we take admission in-between the academic year?

Based on the availability of seats, we may take admissions after the school commences.

What is the student-teacher ratio?

With 9:1 student to teacher ratio we are able to provide individualised attention to every child, know them better, help them grow their strengths and overcome their weaknesses.

Do you provide school transport?

School facilitates transport arrangement through 3rd party Vendors.

What are the school timings?

The school is open 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. Timings are:

  • Playgroup: 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM
  • Nursery: 9 AM to 12 PM
  • Jr. Kg. and Sr. Kg.: 9 AM to 1 PM

The office remains open for 6 days (Monday to Saturday) from 8 AM to 2 PM. Parents can meet the class teacher on Saturdays after taking a prior appointment.

What after 9 kids?

Students of all Sr. Kg. classes at 9 Kids would be eligible to get an admission in class I at The H.B.Kapadia New High School, Memnagar. Primary section at The H.B.Kapadia New High School is undergoing a complete revolution in terms of ideology, teaching methodology and curriculum; enhancing children’s growth and focusing on making them future ready. What is the curriculum followed?

Age-appropriate curriculum for the holistic development of the child which relates to current times.

What fee includes?

The fees include books, bag and stationery.

What are the list of activities done in the year?

In an academic year, we do various curriculum based activities in classrooms and the spaces. We also celebrate many days, events and festivals throughout the year.

How are we kept informed about student activities?

We strongly believe in working closely with the parents for the best learning outcomes of children. To ensure that parents are well-informed about all the activities and events at school, we actively post updates on our Facebook page , Instagramand Page and Flinnt (a social learning platform).

How many Parent Teacher Meetings happen in a year?

In the beginning of the year, we hold a parent orientation program for parents, teachers and the management to interact with each other and be on the same page for expected learning outcomes from children in respective academic year. During the academic session, we organise 3 parent teacher meetings for parents and teachers to evaluate the growth of children in each interval.

Development of Child to Children.

Yes, we put great emphasis on the overall development of child where they learn to express themselves with music, dance and play. We have a music and movement space where kids understand rhythm and beats and express themselves accordingly. Our Motor Space focuses on the development of their big and small muscles. We also encourage free as well as structured play at our various play areas.

Do you provide snacks at school?

No, the kids get snacks from home. We give a weekly menu in the almanac which the parents can follow to inculcate healthy eating habits.
